Located at 2003 Howe Avenue and owned by the Sacramento Association of REALTORS®, the Mack Powell Event Center is Sacramento’s top choice for weddings, meetings, conferences, parties, and celebrations. Our inviting atmosphere, flexible spaces, and dedicated team create the perfect environment for every occasion.

 

The Mack Powell Event Center was dedicated on September 10th, 2002 to Mr. Mack Powell. In memory of his lasting contributions of leadership, service, and professionalism to the National, California and Sacramento Association of REALTORS ®

Private Meeting

Our Boardroom, Presidents Room, and Training Room are available to reserve for team meetings, planning sessions and trainings.

Schedule a Tour

Tours available Mondays from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Contact us to schedule your appointment.

Submit Agreement

Complete your signed rental agreement and provide a deposit to secure your date.

Plan Your Event

Work with our team to coordinate setup, vendors, and all the details for your perfect day.

Facility Tours & Appointments

No walk-ins. Please contact us at events@sacrealtor.org to schedule your tour appointment.

Reservation Requirements

To secure your event date, please submit:

✓ Signed rental agreement
✓ 50% deposit of total rental fee
✓ Refundable cleaning deposit
